Halloween Resolution
OK, so it's been months. Yet again. Its not that I don't want to post, its just that I never remember to. So, I stand firmly resolved that I will blog more.
Yesterday, I had an appointment in the Atlanta area, so I set aside some time to go to the yarn store in Marietta. It was delicious! I bought a hank of great yarn for a purse for felting. Seriously awesome looking! And it's named after one of my all time favorite women . . . Shirley Chisholm! I also bought a crap-load of yarn for a baby blanket I'll be working furiously towards completing by November. Despite the use of crap in the description of the amount of yarn, this is the best yarn I've ever felt for baby stuff. I loved it so much, I found a similar yarn in grown up colors for a scarf for an adult. Good times.
Once I've fixed the camera (or figured out how to use my camera phone for stuff like this), I'll post all kinds of crazy photos that show case the bitching yarn I bought. Until then, here's a happy little photo o
f yours truly from our wedding album. In this one, I'm all decked out, talking on the cell phone. I'm probably giving directions to someone OR calling my brother (my best man) to see why the hell it took three helpers five hours to buy a bag of ice. Or maybe it was something entirely different. Who knows? Really, the possibilities are endless. In the not too distant future, I'll talk more about that marvelous day and include more marvelous photos for your viewing enjoyment!
