Just Add Needles

It's kind of scary how much this looks like me. The only thing that's missing are the knitting needles and a big orange bag to drag all my yarn around in.

I really don't have much to report on the knitting front. I'm still working on that baby blanket from a few days ago, and it seems to be going pretty well and fairly quickly. I dropped a stitch yesterday, but it was easily remedied . . . Especially since the yarn I am using hides hideous mistakes pretty well. I found another pattern for a purse that I want to knit. Because I need something else to knit.

Still no knitting related photos. I really need to figure out what's wrong with the digital camera. Until then, I'll continue to entertain you with scenes from our wedding. In this one, someone apparently just said something really damn funny, based on my lovely expression. Either that, or I'm pretending to be a lion.

In case it isn't clear based on previous photos, I make all kinds of really embarrassing faces. And our wedding day was no exception! Here I am doing god knows what . . . The lovely lady to my left is my better half, Wende. She managed to remember that there would be many people taking pictures that day and did not make silly faces every couple of seconds. She's a smarty, that one.
